So its been quite a wet summer here, and apparently we will be having more on our way. We have such a strange relationship with water. It can be so destructive and life threatening and yet essential for our life.
In England it can seem like we have too much of it sometimes, so maybe we struggle a bit to really get Jesus offer: Come to me and I will give you streams of living water (John 4). Maybe if I grew up in a desert I'd get it more.
Yeh you are totally right, British people are way too greedy with water. Im actually processing an expedition where people save a pint of water everyday for 5 years and then take it out to developing countries to share the joy in the form of water. Its just an extension of Jesus' wishes. Soooo thirsty but i know its worth it

Water...so strange. It is essential for life and yet it makes your skin go all wrinkly if you stay in the bath too long.
